The Eisenstein-Sirot Group is an independent agency looking to train highly motivated people to become cash flow specialists and financial advisors.

We use life insurance and other financial products to provide our clients and their families with protection and peace of mind. This role offers ample opportunity for growth.  We attract clients by focusing on their needs, not ours. Clients want to refer business to us. You will become the most important person in their lives outside of their family and loved ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Be proactive in sharing with people the skills you develop by knowing what you have to offer is what people need and want.
  • Be resilient and proactive in your training and in building your book of business.
  • Quickly grasp new concepts and product offerings.
  • Use a knowledgeable sales approach to sell insurance policies to prospective clients.
  • Keep current in the industry by maintaining continuing education for licensure and stay well-informed of developments in policy and/or external practices.
  • Become a specialist advising young, old, wealthy, and middle income clients.
  • Counsel prospects and policyholders on coverage information, limits, and regulations.
  • Focus on making sure clients are protected from life’s unexpected situations.
  • Identify the best financial products for each client and their individual financial situations.
  • Learn to put your clients needs first. Feel really good about what you do, which is helping people meet their life goals.

Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment

Must be able to successfully complete all licensing requirements (we will walk you through the process) or have a pre-existing valid life and health insurance license in New Jersey

Empathetic toward clients’ needs

Reliable transportation

Comfortable with networking, acquiring clients, and working in a commission based sales industry

Be able to think outside the box

Not be afraid of a challenge
